The Member Meeting is located at Conference Room B at the Rogue Valley – Medford International Airport in Medford.  The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.  Many people arrive as early as 6 p.m. to  talk flying. If you’d like to enjoy a meal at the meeting, order from the SkyHouse Restaurant at 541.499.6975. They have a special menu for the club. If you’re planning to attend as a guest, please email info@rvfc.club to let us know you’re planning to join us.

The agenda includes some or all of the following:

• Aviation related speaker
• Summary of the last Board Meeting
• Discussion of any new developments
• Recognition of new members, new pilot certifications, new solos, etc.
• Activities update
• Other committee updates, as needed

For those scheduled to make reports at the meeting, please advise if you are unable to attend and who will report in your absence.
